Why do SUNKEAN has two companies?

Wuxi Sun King Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. In 2015, it seized the opportunity to enter the Japanese market. In 2017, it expanded its production capacity and established its own factory, named Sunkean Cable (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. Therefore, the former of these "two companies" is SUNKEAN's headquarters, and the latter is SUNKEAN's own factory, which is equivalent to SUNKEAN's two heads. In addition, SUNKEAN also established a Japanese trading company in Tokyo in 2019, completing the closed loop from R&D, production, sales, and after-sales.
