The SUNKEAN factory covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters and has a total of 3 factories. The cable factory is equipped with 1 integrated insulation and sheath extrusion production line, 2 insulation extrusion production lines, and 2 sheath extrusion production lines. The harness factory is equipped with 2 photovoltaic harness production lines, 3 energy storage harness production lines, 15 injection molding machines, etc. According to the statistical data in 2023, SUNKEAN has completed a total of 93,000 km of cable delivery, a year-on-year increase of 51%. In the future, this data will continue to expand with the development of Sanjun. In addition to the production line, each SUNKEAN factory is also equipped with a professional laboratory, and each batch of products will be subjected to comprehensive quality inspections such as combustion test, aging test, low temperature test, hot and cold shock test, withstand voltage test, terminal cross-section analysis, pull-out force test, underwater insulation, withstand voltage test and conduction test.
